Open 600x550 flood fill white
take a paper from the kit paste as new layer and apply mask,merge group
colorize the match image
open frame 3 copy and paste,colorize to match,
resize if needed,
dropshadow
open image copy and paste,
dropshadow
next open Star 2 from the kit,colorize
resize and place at the top right,
duplicate it and resize again placing it at bottom right
duplicate it again and move it to the left
dropshadow the stars
Open the rockprincess words
copy and paste the one you want to use. I used Rockstar

next add your name,and copyrights
Now COPY the BIG star and paste in animation shop,
click on effects and go to insert image effect
for the effect choose Explode
Effect length 3.3
Frames per second 6
back to psp,
Now on the BIG star layer resize it just a little..maybe 95 or 90 %
Close off the big star layer,leaving everything else open
Copy merge and paste into animation shop,
duplicate image in animation shop till you have 19 frames(that's what the explode star has)
Now back to the explode star,edit select all and copy
back to main image,edit select all,edit again and paste into selected frames,
Place the explode star where the BIG star is gonna go.
Now back to psp,copy only the BIG star
back to animation shop
paste as new animation and make it have 19 frames,
edit select all and copy
back to the image and paste into selected frames over the exploding star
On the first frame change frame properties to 50
view save and your done.
