Filter- Xenofex2 Shatter

Open 650x650 flood fill white.
We can crop later

Open stamp frame 2
resize about 70% or to your liking.

click inside all the squares with your magic wand.
Expand by 5

Open paper of choice
paste as a new layer and invert and delete
move below frame.
Merge frame and paper together

Duplicate layer
On the orginal layer
gaussian blur by 10
apply the shatter effect with these settings.
5,1,15,10,40,3 transparent

Now apply the blossom from the kit
resize 85%
duplicate and mirror,
line them up so they touch.
merge the 2 blossom layers 2gether
add your image,
resize your image to your liking.
I placed mine so it looked like she was sitting in the middle of the frame and blossoms


Open both butterflies and resize both by 50% 3 times
place them to your liking

Open the bead chain
and place it at bottom of the frame erase parts that hang off.

Add your name and saying,and copyright's
Drop shadow each layer
crop your tag
Delete the white background and save as a .png
