Open template duplicate it
close the orginal
delete the copyright layer
and on background layer
go to image
canvas size 550x550
flood fill white.

Open paper of choice
paste as a new layer
apply mask merge group

Now for the fun part.
Rather quick and simple
For each layer select all
float,defloat
add paper of choice as a new layer.
invert and delete.
For the heart layers I flood filled with color
For the small heart layer I added the image face in there
and added porcelain effect.But that's optional

Now add your image.

From the kit
add balloons of choice
resize them to your liking
place one on the left side of the tag.
Add dropshadow of choice
duplicate it and mirror
Now merge those 2 balloons 2gether
Now duplicate it 2 more time.
so you have 3 layers of balloons

Now for the top 2 balloon layers
move each layer up just a little

Now take a tag from the kit,
resize and add your name.
Font I used is Zipty Do

Add drop shadow to each layer except for the balloon layers
Add your copyrights
Crop your tag.

Now close off the top 2 balloon layers
copy merged and paste into animation shop as
a new animation
back to psp close off that balloon layer
and open the 2nd one.
Copy merge and paste into animation shop
after current frame.
back to psp close off that balloon layer
and open the 3rd one.
copy merge and paste into animation shop
after the 2nd frame.
back to psp close off the 3rd balloon layer
and reopen the 2nd one.
copy merged and paste into animation shop
after the 3rd frame.
Now go to edit and select all
change the animation frame properties to 35
Save and your done.
