Font I used is Hiccups.

Open template duplicate
close orginal
on the background layer
canvas size 700x700

We can crop later

On the circle layer
select all-float-defloat and invert
Copy and paste as a new layer paper 3 from the kit.
hit delete on your keyboard
Select none.
Delete the orginal layer

On the thin rectangle layer
select all-float-defloat and invert
Copy and paste as a new layer paper 10 from the kit.
hit delete on your keyboard
Select none.
Delete the orginal layer

On the rounded rectangle layer
select all-float-defloat and invert
Copy and paste as a new layer paper 9 from the kit.
hit delete on your keyboard
Select none.
Delete the orginal layer

Now back to the circle layer click inside the hearts with your magic wand
expand by 4 add a new layer and flood fill with color from the paper
I choose a green
add weave effect
1-3-1 both colors white.

Select none
Repeat for the thin rectangle hearts
But flood fill with another color I choose a dark pink

Add doodle of choice from the kit.
I added the brown one.
Resize to your liking.
Duplicate it mirror and flip
Now merge just those 2 together and move to the bottom

Add another doodle. I choose the green one.
resize and move it under the rounded recatangle layer

Add your name
and any other elements you wish to add
I added the purse and shades.

Drop shadow each layer
Delete the white background and merge visible
Save as a .png
