Open 700x700
flood fill white.
We can crop and resize at the end.

Take paper of choice from the kit,
resize 15%
copy and paste as a new layer
apply mask.
Merge group.

Open the sequence's
resize and place to the left,
add dropshadow.
I used 0 0 30 3 black
duplicate and mirror then flip

frame of choice from the kit.
resize,copy and paste as new layer

Click inside the frame,expand by 5
add paper of choice invert and delete.
Move below the frame layer
Add a weave effect
I used 1 7 7 white for both colors

add your image
dropshadow it.

Now add any other elements you like
I used bow,flowers and fastners.

Add your name. Font I used is cooldots,
I also added a glow to mine.

Add your copyrights,

Delete the white background,
crop and save.
