**I resize each paper by 46%**


Open template duplicate
close orginal
delete the copyright layer
click on background layer
image canvas size 700x700
flood fill white

On the rectangle layer
select all
float defloat
resize and copy and paste paper of choice from the kit
invert and delete

Delete the orginal
Repeat for the circle layer
remember to resize paper
Repeat again for the rectangles layer

Now on the thin rectangle 1
select all float defloat
new layer
flood fill with color of choice
select none
delete the orginal.

Repeat for thin rec 2

Open bows of choice from the kit.
I've used the blue and pink ones.
Resize and use your deform tool to turn them and place them over the cirlce layer
Add any other elements you like. I used a pink and blue doodle from the kit.
Add your tube
name and copyrights.
font I used was Morelle

Open a new 550x550 open paper from the kit,
resize and paste as a new layer
apply mask
merge group

Now copy and paste in your working image
above the background layer

Crop save and your done.
