Open 650x650
flood fill white
Open frame 8
copy and paste as a new layer
resize 75%

click inside frame with magic wand
expand by 3
open paper 7 from kit
copy and paste as a new layer
invert and delete.
Select none
move below frame layer

Click back inside frame
expand by 3
copy and paste image of choice
invert and delete
select none
and move below frame.

Copy and paste doodle 1 from the kit
as a new layer
resize 56%
move to left of tag.
duplicate and mirror
Merge those 2 together.

Copy and paste ribbon as a new layer
resize 60%
dropshadow

copy and paste flowers 1
as a new layer
resize 60%
rotate left 20
add dropshadow
move to left of tag
duplicate
mirror

Add your name and copyrights.
Font I used is Winton

Now click back on your doodle layer
duplicate 2 times
and add a sparkle or constellation effect

If you use constellation these are the settings I used

Keep original image
and just hit random seed on each layer

Now close off the 2 duplicated layers
copy merge and paste as a new animation in animation shop
back to psp
close off that layer
open 2nd duplicated layer
copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop
back to psp
close off that layer
open 3rd duplicated layer
back to animation shop paste after frame 2
now go to edit and select all
and then crop your tag
save and your done.
