Open a 600x550
flood fill white.


Pick a color from your image for the foreground
Line width 7
make a circle to your liking.

Convert to raster.
Click inside circle and expand by 7
add a new layer and flood fill with another color

Move below the cirle frame layer

Now click back on the circle layer expand again
Paste the image as a new layer invert and delete
Move below the circle layer

Add a drop shadow to the cirle layer

Add your tube,and name and copyrights,

Make sure you on your white background layer
paste your image I've supplied as a new layer
apply mask and merge group.

Delete the white background layer and save as a .png
