Open a 650x650
flood fill white.


presets shapes rectangle
foreground white
background-null
line width 5

draw out a long rectangle (look at mine)
convert to raster
add drop shadow 0 0 5 50 black

Duplicate it 2 times and move then beside each other.
Close off the white background and merge them 2gether.

Open the background back up.

click inside each frame(rectangle)
and expand by 5
open paper of choice from the kit I used the treasure map paper
paste as a new layer and invert and hit delete on your keyboard
move it below the frame.

Add your image
Now add some elements from the kit to the tag. Place to your liking.

New layer and move it above the white background.
On the new layer select all
and open a paper from the kit,
I used Word Paper
and paste into selection
apply mask and merge group.

Add your name and copyrights.

close off the white background and save png
