You will need scrap kit of choice

and sparkle of choice(optional)
**Color to match tube. But please don't distort the kit**
Open a 600x600 flood fill white
open frame 6 from the kit,
paste as new layer
click inside frame with magic wand
expand by 6,then invert

Open paper of choice and paste as new layer and hit delete
add blur radius of 20 to the paper
now add weave effect
both colors white,
2,6,1
open your tube and place to your liking
open the flowers and paste as new layer resize
drop shadow
open butterfly,paste as new layer,resize,
open a bow of choice paste it as a new layer move to the left,
and duplicate it and mirror
Add your name and copyrights
Drop shadow the frame now.
copy merge into psp and add your sparkles
Save and your done
