Eye Candy 4 Hsb Noise


Open a 600x600 raster.
flood fill white.

New layer and go to selections and select all.
Open paper of choice from the kit.
Paste into selections.

Apply mask and merge group.

Open frame of choice from the kit.

Add drop shadow.

Add your image place to your liking.

Now add your name.

Be creative.
I did mine like this.

black foreground and background null.
I flood filled it with a paper from the kit.

I did the r s a the same way but made it smaller and flood filled
with a color to match.

Make sure there all on there own layer so you can move them to your liking.
Once you have them where u want them merge just the letters together.
Add your dropshadow
Add your copyrights.

Now on the mask layer duplicate it 2 times.

Add hsb noise with these settings.

2 2 0 25 10 10 random seed.
do it again on the other 2 layers hitting random seed on each.

Close off first 2 mask layers and copy merge
paste into animation shop as a new animation
back to psp close off that layer and open the next one
copy merge and paste into animation shop after current frame.
do the same for the last one.
Change frame properties to 55

save your tag and your done.
